Preparing the crepe dough: Put the flour in a bowl, add 50 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt, then mix the ingredients.
We make a hole in the middle, add the eggs, and then mix the ingredients.
Gradually pour in the milk while continuing to mix the ingredients until they are homogeneous to obtain a paste, then set aside.
Preparing the chocolate sauce: We scrape the chocolate and put it in a bowl prepared for cooking.
